About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the client's hiring managers and delivery teams to understand open positions and business priorities
- Conduct detailed requirement discovery sessions to fully understand role expectations, must-have skills, and team fit
- Translate technical job requirements into effective sourcing strategies by mapping roles to relevant technology domains
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment
- Proven track record of closing positions across a variety of technical roles
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with client teams




- Solid sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities
- High ownership, urgency, and passion for closing open positions
- Ability to work independently in office while collaborating closely with the client team
