Job Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Management & Portal Submissions

Consumer & Field Coordination
- Responsible for collecting necessary technical and personal identification documents from consumers for project onboarding, loan processing, and portal submissions.
- Coordinate with field engineers, site supervisors, and sales teams to gather post-installation documents, site photos, and test reports.
- Maintain clear and polite communication with consumers to guide them through the required paperwork and documentation process.

Loan File Management & Financing Coordination
- Prepare, organize, and compile complete customer loan files required for solar financing.
- Coordinate closely with internal financing teams, banks, and NBFC loan representatives to track approval statuses, resolve query discrepancies, and ensure swift loan disbursements.




- Verify financial documents submitted by clients to ensure they meet lender guidelines before processing.

Project Administration
- Maintain and update project tracking sheets/dashboards in real-time to monitor project timelines from lead conversion to commissioning and disbursement.
- Serve as the central point of contact between field teams, loan vendors, and management for documentation updates.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or documentation management, preferably within the Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, or Fintech/Banking sector.
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience with online portal submissions (Discoms, PM Surya Ghar Yojana, etc.) and loan documentation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
