Job Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor with solid design fundamentals (layout, typography, composition, branding) and solid video editing + motion graphics capability. Someone who thinks like a designer first, understands movement and storytelling, and uses AI as a power tool to explore more options, move faster, and elevate final output.

Role Overview

This is an execution-led role focused on delivering high-quality static, video, and motion-led content across social and digital platforms. You will translate brand systems into scalable visual assets while also crafting engaging video content and motion graphics that enhance storytelling.

The role requires speed, consistency, and attention to detail - balancing design systems with dynamic content formats.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design
- Design digital assets for social platforms (carousels, static posts, stories)
- Adapt and resize designs across formats and aspect ratios while maintaining visual integrity
- Ensure consistency across all assets in line with brand guidelines





Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, ads)
- Create motion graphics, transitions, kinetic typography, and basic animations
- Enhance video storytelling through pacing, sound, overlays, and visual effects
- Design thumbnails, title cards, and video packaging elements

Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with copywriters, content teams, and stakeholders to interpret briefs
- Execute within structured workflows, templates, and design systems
- Manage multiple deliverables across formats with strong turnaround discipline

AI-Enabled Design & Production
- Leverage AI tools for ideation, visual generation, editing assistance, and rapid iterations
- Use AI for background removal, extensions, upscaling, and versioning
- Refine and productionize AI-generated outputs while maintaining brand quality and consistency
