Salary: ₹30,000 Per Month
Experience: Training / Coaching / BPO Preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions
- Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching & developmental feedback
- Conduct communication, behavioral, and soft skills training
- Prepare and deliver training materials, activities, and assessments
- Ensure achievement of training performance metrics and learning outcomes
- Continuously update product and process knowledge
- Measure training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to enhance employee performance

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to build strong skilled relationships

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Training, Coaching, Learning & Development
- BPO / E-commerce / Customer Service background preferred
- Experience conducting soft skills and behavioral training programs
