Jewelry knowledge: Solid understanding of jewelry materials (like diamonds, gems, and metals), styles, and current trends. Specific knowledge of diamond certification (GIA, IGI) and the "4Cs" can be beneficial. Sales and customer service: Proven sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-first approach. Soft skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability. Technical skills: Proficiency with retail software, POS and billing systems, and inventory management. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as often required in retail. Education: While a high school diploma can be sufficient for entry-level roles, a strong knowledge of jewelry and experience are highly advantageous
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
