Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Monitor and maintain Windows operating systems and office IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet connectivity issues.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus management.
- Ensure data security and maintain system performance.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and IT procurement when required.
- Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in system administration or IT support preferred.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN networking,



printers, routers, and basic server administration.
- Familiarity with MS Office and common troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
