1. Qualification
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred).
- ITI or equivalent technical qualification with solid site experience is also acceptable.
- Certification in Construction Safety is an added advantage.

2. Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in interior fit-out and construction.
- Experience handling luxury residential, retail, commercial, hospitality, or corporate projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams and subcontractors.
- Experience in project execution from layout to handover.

3. Technical Skills
