- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of dispatch professionals, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize workflows, and implement best practices for resource allocation and scheduling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and leverage technology to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and manage performance metrics and KPIs to assess team efficiency and drive improvements.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure seamless operations and service satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
