repare and cook South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, pongal, upma, uttapam, appam, chutneys, sambar, rasam, kurma, and other regional specialties as per standard recipes.
- Assist senior chefs in daily mise en place and food preparation.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation of all dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Properly store food items and label products according to FIFO and FEFO procedures.
- Minimize food wastage and report any shortages or equipment issues to the senior chef.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours.
- Participate in stock-taking and inventory management when required.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health regulations, and safety policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
