Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Maintain accurate records of stock, inward and outward material movements.

Prepare and maintain GRN, delivery challans, dispatch documents, stock registers, tracking POD's and other warehouse documentation.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Transport, and Accounts teams for smooth material movement.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock availability and replenishment.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences with system records.

Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.

Update warehouse records and inventory data in ERP/software and Excel.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse and inventory reports.

Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure compliance with warehouse safety and security procedures.





Assist in identifying stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess inventory.

Support internal and external stock audits and inspections.

Ensure warehouse activities are carried out as per company policies and SOPs.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and Client.

Good oral and written communication and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification

Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.

2-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.
