Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across fintechs, NBFCs, banks, and financial institutions. The role involves researching potential markets, generating and qualifying leads,



building strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the complete business development lifecycle—from prospecting and solution presentations to proposal discussions, negotiations, and successful deal closure.

Qualifications:
Experience in building relationships with NBFCs, Fintech companies, Banks, or Financial Services organizations is highly preferred.

Passion for fintech, digital payments, and technology-driven financial solutions.

Ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and relationship building to proposal discussions and deal closure.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft
