Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Model Artist with a minimum of one year of practical experience in Blender, low-poly modelling, and texturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Create optimized, low-poly 3D models using Blender.
- Keep most models under approximately 4,000 triangles while maintaining their visual quality.
- Create 3D accessories such as:
- Hair
- Hats and head accessories
- Clothing accessories
- Back accessories
- Shoulder accessories
- Other wearable digital items
- Create clean UV maps and high-quality textures using Substance Painter.
- Accurately recreate 3D items from images, concepts, and reference materials.
- Study provided examples and adapt models to different visual styles.
- Optimize topology, textures, and geometry for performance.
- Ensure optimization does not significantly reduce visual quality.
- Follow project references, specifications, and technical guidelines.
- Accept feedback and complete revisions when required.
- Communicate progress consistently and meet agreed deadlines.
- Organize and submit models, textures,



and source files in the required formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of practical or professional 3D-modelling experience is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of Blender.
- Experience using Substance Painter for texturing.
- Experience creating clean and optimized low-poly models.
- Understanding of:
- Basic topology
- UV mapping
- Texturing
- Polygon and triangle limits
- Geometry optimization
- Ability to recreate an item accurately from an image or reference.
- Ability to study examples and adapt to different visual styles.
- Ability to accept feedback and make revisions.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn recent technical requirements and production standards.
