Choice Mediquip is a Hyderabad based medical equipment company specializing in Operation Theatre Solutions, Critical Care Equipment, Imaging Systems, Sterilization Equipment and Hospital Infrastructure.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager who is passionate about business development and wants to play a key role in expanding our presence across Hyderabad, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

This is more than a sales job. We are looking for someone who can generate business, develop new markets, recruit talented sales professionals and help build a high-performing sales organization from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across Hyderabad and Telangana.
- Visit hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centres and healthcare institutions.
- Meet hospital owners, administrators,



purchase managers and biomedical engineers.
- Generate enquiries, prepare proposals and close business.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with service and accounts teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions and promotional activities.
- Recruit, train and develop future Area Business Managers as the company grows.

You are likely to succeed if you:
- Have 3-8 years of experience in Medical Equipment, Healthcare, Pharma, Diagnostics, Capital Equipment or other B2B Sales.
- Have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Enjoy meeting customers and building long-term business
