- UD Impact Pvt. Ltd. (Indian subsidiary of a South Korean company)

◾Location & Work Model
- Delhi NCR. Remote-first with no fixed office days.
- On-site at the Gurgaon office when our Director/CEO is in India — typically about one week a month.
- Travel to Delhi and other regions for client meetings and industry events

◾Employment Type
- Paid internship, 3 months, with a performance-based path to a full time offer

◾Experience
- 0-1 years. Prior B2B sales/BD experience — an internship counts

◾Compensation
- INR 10,000 for the first month; compensation thereafter to be discussed

◾Key Responsibilities
- B2B prospecting and outreach to potential clients
- Research target companies, identify decision-makers and verify contact details using AI and research tools
- Scout relevant B2B industry events,



capture leads and follow up consistently
- Manage lead flow, follow-ups and sales tracking
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Take ownership of your targets and pipeline
- Accompany the leadership team to client meetings and external events

◾Requirements
- Previous B2B sales/business development experience — a prior internship is enough; freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome
- Go-getter, self-driven, comfortable with rejection
- Knows how to research and identify potential clients and decision-makers
- Consultative mindset
- Understands basic B2B sales in the Indian market
- Consistent with follow-ups, doesn't need to be pushed for every task
- Must be based in Delhi NCR, available to come to the office when asked, and open to travel across Delhi and other regions
- Professional presence in client
