Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and well-mannered Office Boy to support the day-to-day operations of the office. The role involves maintaining office cleanliness and organization, handling basic office errands, assisting staff with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep office premises, work areas, meeting rooms, and common areas clean and organized.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic document distribution.
- Deliver and collect documents, letters, parcels, and other office materials.
- Purchase stationery, refreshments, and other office supplies as instructed.
- Assist with arranging meeting rooms and preparing them for meetings.
- Maintain adequate stock of stationery and pantry supplies.




- Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
- Assist with banking, courier, post office, or other local errands when required.
- Help receive and guide visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Ensure office equipment, furniture, and common areas are kept in proper condition.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass; 12th pass preferred.
- Previous office assistant, office boy, housekeeping, or similar experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of office procedures.
- Ability to read and write basic English and/or the local language.
- Punctual, honest, hardworking, and dependable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to perform routine office and outdoor errands.
- Presentable and courteous behavior.
