Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Management
- Coordinate with content creators and reviewers for video production and publishing.
- Manage content uploads, metadata, categorization, and publishing.
- Maintain content trackers and ensure timely approvals.
- Ensure all content meets quality and brand standards.
- Identify outdated or duplicate content for updates.

Caregiver Engagement
- Ensure caregivers download and actively use the CareTube app.
- Support app onboarding for newly registered caregivers.
- Track app usage, downloads, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare weekly engagement reports.
- Coordinate with operations teams to improve app adoption.

Partnerships
- Coordinate with training institutes, NGOs, and partner organizations.
- Support onboarding of partner content.
- Maintain partnership records and follow up on deliverables.

Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor content performance and app engagement.
- Maintain accurate operational dashboards and analytics.

Technical Coordination




- Coordinate with the technology team for platform enhancements.
- Test recent features and report bugs.
- Track issue resolution and maintain documentation.

Operational Support
- Support project documentation and presentations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain operational checklists and process documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Digital Learning, Content Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive).
- Knowledge of reporting dashboards and data tracking is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
