Job Summary:
The Procurement Coordinator at AgroKisan will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing high-quality agricultural products such as Maize, Makhana and other agricultural products and services at competitive prices. The role involves building strong farmer and vendor relationships,



ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining inventory efficiency to support AgroKisan’s operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source reliable suppliers, farmer and vendors for agricultural commodities.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Collaborate with the warehouse, finance, and operations teams to manage stock levels.
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitor pricing to make informed buying decisions.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in developing procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing with suppliers
