Job Role:
Responsible for guiding patients through cataract treatment, improving surgery conversion, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients on cataract procedures and treatment options
- Explain surgery benefits, packages, and process clearly
- Coordinate with doctors and front office for patient flow
- Handle patient queries and follow-ups
- Support conversion of consultations into surgeries
Requirements:
