Job Overview

Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Plan project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Follow up with designers, content writers, developers, and marketing teams on project deliverables.
- Share regular project updates with clients and address their queries professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers,



and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
- Support the team in improving project workflows and coordination.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Excellent communication and client management skills for international clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
