Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage procurement activities and ensure seamless coordination across internal departments. The role is responsible for supporting project execution by coordinating material procurement, vendor communication, inventory tracking, and internal workflow between Sales, Design, Projects, Stores, Finance, and Service teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Vendor Coordination




- Source quotations from approved vendors and compare technical and commercial offers.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely material dispatch and delivery.
- Track procurement schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance.
- Follow up on pending deliveries, documentation, and invoices.

Internal Operations Coordination
- Coordinate between Sales, Engineering, Projects, Stores, and Finance teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor material requirements based on project schedules.
- Ensure timely communication of procurement status to internal stakeholders.
- Escalate potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Support implementation and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Inventory & Documentation
- Coordinate with the Stores team for inward materials and inventory avail
