Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery or fashion accessories or lifestyle
- Demonstrate products and explain features, pricing, and offers
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve individual sales targets
- Build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively
- Assist in maintaining attractive product displays and store presentation
- Ensure products are well-organized and replenished
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns
- Support billing and POS operations when required
- Maintain accurate product knowledge and inventory awareness
- Assist in stock checks and inventory management




- 1+ years of retail sales experience in jewellery or fashion accessories or lifestyle
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Good product presentation and selling skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
