We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented 'Field Sales Skilled' to drive sales of 'HealthTech software and digital solutions' for clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare businesses.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales, customer visits, product demonstrations, lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

The candidate should have the ability to understand a healthcare business's day-to-day operations and demonstrate how technology can improve efficiency, billing, patient management, inventory control, and reporting.

Identify and visit potential customers in assigned territories.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, local networking,



and business development activities.
Build relationships with doctors, clinic owners, pharmacists, hospital administrators, diagnostic centre owners, and healthcare decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations at customer locations or remotely.
Explain product features, advantages, pricing, implementation, and support.
Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into customers.
Negotiate commercials and close sales within approved pricing guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and closures in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

A strong candidate should be able to walk into a clinic or pharmacy, understand how the business operates, identify pain points, and explain how a Clinic ERP, Pharmacy Billing system, or other HealthTech solution can make the customer's operations easier and more effective.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
