As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core backend components with a robust focus on real-time communication and system scalability.

Role Summary

Support the Engineering Lead in full-stack feature delivery for the MVP.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to both frontend and backend development
Build MVP features such as login, call routing, dashboard integration
Work on CRM sync, WhatsApp integration (OpenWA), ticketing
Knowledge of AWS

Ideal Candidate 1Strong Full Stack Engineer (React.js + Node.js) Profiles2Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development with solid expertise in React.js and Node.js.3Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js,



PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.4Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience working with Redis and Kafka for caching, messaging, or event-driven architecture.5Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have hands-on experience developing both frontend and backend modules, including APIs and UI components.6Mandatory (Location) – Candidate must be currently based in Delhi NCR only7Mandatory (Notice Period) – Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be highly preferred.8Preferred (Skills) – Exposure to real-time socket communication, omnichannel platforms, or communication APIs is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹380,789.27 - ₹1,634,819.51 per year
