Membership Sales
Handle walk-ins, enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp and social-media leads.
Explain membership plans, pricing, offers and facilities.
Conduct gym tours and convert enquiries into memberships.
Follow up with leads regularly until conversion.
Achieve monthly membership sales targets.
Maintain a proper database of leads and their follow-up status.
Promote personal training, group classes and other gym services.
Membership Renewal & Retention
Track memberships that are expiring.
Contact members before expiry and encourage timely renewal.
Follow up with inactive members.
Understand member concerns and coordinate with trainers/management for solutions.
Maintain positive relationships with existing members.
Front Desk & Customer Service
Welcome members and visitors professionally.
Handle membership registration, renewals, transfers and freezes.
Explain gym rules, timings and facilities.
Maintain accurate member records.
Handle basic customer complaints and escalate important issues to management.
Ensure the reception/front desk is clean and organized.
Sales Follow-up




Make daily follow-up calls/messages to leads.
Maintain a daily lead and conversion report.

Membership conversions

Lost leads
Revenue generated
Payment & Documentation
Collect membership payments through approved payment methods.
Generate/maintain receipts and membership records.
Ensure all membership forms and documents are completed correctly.
Coordinate with accounts/management regarding payment reconciliation.
Marketing Support
Promote current offers and membership packages.
Contact old/inactive leads for current offers.
Encourage member referrals.
Support gym promotional campaigns, events and social-media activities.
Collect Google reviews and member feedback.
Daily Performance Expectations

A good coordinator should be responsible for both sales and customer experience.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
