Customer Service:Greet guests, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations for food and beverages.
Service Delivery:Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, whether at a table or in a buffet setting.
Order Management:Relay orders to kitchen staff, ensure accurate and timely delivery, and coordinate with team members for smooth service.
Guest Assistance:Handle guest inquiries and complaints, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Cleanliness and Setup:Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, set up and explicit tables, and ensure the overall appearance of the service workplace.
Hygiene and Safety:Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards for food handling and preparation.




Cash Handling:Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions.
Inventory Support:Assist with inventory management and replenishing stock as needed
