Handle patient registration and appointment-related queries.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
Provide information regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.
Maintain patient records and front-desk documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other hospital departments.
Handle billing/payment-related coordination when required.
Ensure smooth and effective front-desk operations.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
Work Location: Sunrise Multispeciality Hospital, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
