El Mundo Sports Club is looking for a passionate and responsible Football Coach to train children between 5 and 15 years of age.

The coach will be responsible for conducting structured football training sessions, developing players' technical and tactical abilities, maintaining discipline, and creating a positive learning workplace for young athletes.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct football training sessions for children aged 5–15 years.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions.
Basic tactics and game awareness
Develop players' fitness, coordination, agility, speed and balance.
Conduct small-sided games and match-based activities.
Identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
Maintain discipline and ensure children follow club standards.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training.
Communicate professionally with parents regarding player development when required.
Support the club during tournaments, matches, camps and special events.
Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all training sessions.
Follow the coaching methodology and training standards of El Mundo Sports Club.





Candidate Requirements
Previous experience coaching or handling children aged 5–15 years.
Valuable understanding of football fundamentals and youth development.
Ability to communicate effectively with children.
Patient, disciplined and approachable personality.
Ability to manage groups of young players.
Positive understanding of age-appropriate coaching methods.
Passion for football and working with young athletes.
Punctual and reliable.

Preferred Qualifications
AFC / AIFF coaching certification or equivalent football coaching qualification.
Playing experience at competitive level.
Experience working with football academies or grassroots programs.
Experience participating in youth tournaments.

Pay: Up to ₹750.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate
Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:
