Identify and develop new business opportunities in the stone, marble, granite, and related industries.
Conduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and other potential customers.
Generate new leads through market visits, references, networking, and other business development activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with customers for order closures.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales reports/MIS.
Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with the accounts team when required.





Required Skills
1–2 years of relevant field sales/business development experience in the Stone Industry.
Positive knowledge of marble, granite, natural stone, tiles, or related building materials.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive client relationship management skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
Solid convincing and presentation abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field travel.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.
Good English and local-language communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
