MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or MHRM preferred.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized university.
3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
Knowledge of hospital HR operations and labour compliance will be an advantage
Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative and support staff.
Plan manpower requirements according to hospital departments and workload.
Conduct interviews, coordinate selections, and manage employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel documentation.
Coordinate payroll, salary processing, incentives, and statutory deductions.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and hospital policies.
Coordinate staff training, induction, performance appraisal, and development programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
