Branch Manager – Aesthetic Clinic

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our aesthetic clinic and ensure smooth customer service, team performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily branch operations and clinic staff.
Drive sales, revenue, and monthly targets.
Handle customer inquiries, consultations, and follow-ups.
Manage and motivate the front office and clinic team.
Monitor appointments, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
Maintain clinic standards, hygiene, and discipline.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
Support local marketing and lead conversion activities.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Aesthetic Clinic / Skin & Hair Clinic / Beauty / Wellness industry.
Solid sales, team management, and customer handling skills.
Positive communication and leadership abilities.
Target-oriented and responsible approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
