Key Responsibilities

Configuration Deployment
Configure FortiGate SD-WAN devices as per approved design.
Provision branch sites using FortiManager templates.
Configure BGP, OSPF, Static Routes, VPN and SD-WAN Policies.
Perform device onboarding, ZTP and site commissioning.

Migration Activities
Execute migration activities during cutover windows.
Validate connectivity and routing after migration.
Support WAN circuit migrations and policy migration tasks.
Perform rollback activities when required.

Post Build Support
Monitor SD-WAN tunnels, routing and application performance.
Troubleshoot incidents related to WAN, VPN and routing.
Resolve L2 escalations within SLA.
Coordinate with ISPs, NOC, TAC and customer teams.
Perform configuration backups and change implementations.

Operations Monitoring




Monitor FortiGate health, CPU, memory, interfaces and tunnels.
Analyze performance reports and alerts.
Conduct periodic preventive maintenance checks.
Maintain technical documentation and update configurations.
