Fixed Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a strong React.js Developer to work on a high-performance, data-intensive CRM application. The candidate should be able to independently convert business requirements into scalable, production-ready frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-performance React.js applications.
Work with large datasets (lakhs of records) while maintaining smooth and responsive UI performance.
Build and optimize data-intensive screens using AG Grid.
Integrate REST APIs and handle complex business workflows.
Implement and manage application state, forms, authentication, and authorization.
Build reusable and scalable frontend components.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend performance and production issues.

Must Have
2–3 years of skilled experience with React.js.
Strong JavaScript fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of React rendering and performance optimization.
AG Grid – Mandatory,



with experience handling large datasets.
Knowledge of memoization, virtualization, pagination, filtering, debouncing, and effective rendering.
Experience with Redux Toolkit + Zustand.
Experience with React Hook Form.
REST API integration.
Understanding of authentication & authorization.
Good understanding of frontend architecture and scalable component design.
Experience working on production applications.

TypeScript
Next.js / App Router
SaaS / CRM / ERP experience
WebSockets

What We Value Strong React.js + JavaScript + Problem Solving + Performance/Data Handling skills are more significant than knowing a large number of technologies.

The developer should be comfortable making technical decisions around architecture, data handling, state management, performance, and edge cases based on business requirements.
