Job Role: Head - Customer Success
Lead overall customer and employee experience strategies across the organization.
Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Align cross-functional teams to identify and reduce friction across the customer journey.
Monitor customer and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
Ensure a consistent and positive experience across every customer touchpoint.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Service, and Support teams to improve service delivery.
Track customer experience metrics and identify prospects for continuous improvement.




Address recurring customer pain points and coordinate with relevant teams for effective resolution.
Drive initiatives that improve retention, loyalty, and overall customer satisfaction.
Support a customer-centric culture across the organization.
