HR Recruiter –
Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: Fresher (0–6 Months)
Qualification: HSC or Any Graduate
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Conduct initial HR interviews.
Issue offer letters and coordinate onboarding.
Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Conduct client calling to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment services.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn).
Valuable organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
