Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function across the organization.
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial closing.
Manage banking operations, including fund management, working capital, bank reconciliations, Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and coordination with financial institutions.
Prepare and review monthly MIS, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
Handle project accounting, job costing, WIP, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis for EPC projects.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
Manage statutory, internal, GST, and tax audits and coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities.
Monitor vendor payments, customer collections, receivables, payables, and cash flow.




Strengthen internal financial controls, accounting policies, and SOPs. • Support commercial and project teams in contract reviews, financial planning, and commercial decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the Finance & Accounts function of our EPC/Construction business. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in financial management, banking, statutory compliance, project accounting, taxation, and financial controls within the EPC/Construction industry. The role requires solid commercial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end finance operations across multiple projects.
