Adherence to delivery, quality, and compliance standards.

Degrees or Certifications Required
Bachelor's degree in:
Computer Science
Information Technology
Engineering
Business Administration




Finance
Related field
Preferred Certifications
PMP / CAPM
Scrum Master Certification
Agile Certification
Payments or Banking Domain Certifications

Disqualifiers
Less than 3 years of relevant experience.
No exposure to Payments, Banking, FinTech, or Payment Network settings.
Limited Project Management or Technical Delivery experience.
Lack of customer-facing experience.
Poor communication and stakeholder management skills.
Inability to manage changing priorities, risks, and dependencies.
