GeM Executive –

Position: GeM Executive

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000/month

Location: Indore

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Seller Portal.
Search and identify relevant government tenders and bids.
Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, ATC, specifications, EMD, and required documents.
Prepare and submit GeM bids within deadlines.
Prepare BOQ, technical compliance sheets, declarations, undertakings, OEM documents, etc.
Coordinate with the production, accounts, and management teams for pricing and documentation.
Handle bid participation, clarification, representation, technical evaluation and financial bid-related activities.
Monitor bid status, contract awards, order processing, and delivery timelines.
Maintain proper records of all bids, quotations, documents, and orders.
Coordinate with government buyers regarding orders, samples, inspections, and delivery.




Stay updated with GeM rules, bidding procedures, and government procurement requirements.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of GeM Portal and government e-tendering.
Tender/bid document analysis.
MS Excel and MS Word.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work with deadlines.
Basic knowledge of GST, HSN, taxation, and commercial quotations is preferred.
Experience with school uniform, textile, government supply, or manufacturing tenders will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently handling GeM bidding activities from tender identification to order execution.

Pay: ₹10,029.79 - ₹18,000.00 per month
