Job Summary

Veedee Solutions LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our recruitment team. The candidate will get hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selections and joining.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.




Coordinate with candidates and internal team members for interview requirements.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.

Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
