Role Description
The Telemarketer is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing corporate clients to introduce Fiesta’s transport solutions, generate interest, and support lead conversion. Day-to-day tasks include explaining service offerings clearly, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team,



and updating call records in the internal systems. The Telemarketer will respond to customer queries, provide basic service information and pricing guidance, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. The role also includes meeting call targets, following communication scripts where applicable, and adhering to company policies and quality standards.
