We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive / HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and the ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and department heads.
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR requirements.
Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed.
Support performance management and employee retention initiatives.
Manage exit formalities and employee documentation.

Requirements




Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the education/admission consultancy industry will be an advantage.
