Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple stores/locations.
Drive recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Monitor attendance, payroll inputs, leave, weekly offs, and HR documentation.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
Conduct store visits to monitor grooming, discipline, uniform, and HR standards.
Coordinate training, performance management, and employee development activities.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
Work closely with Store Managers and business teams to achieve manpower and HR objectives.
Drive employee retention and reduce attrition through effective HR initiatives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
