HR Manager – Chandigarh Division | Meadbery

Location: Chandigarh Tricity (On-site, 6-day week)

Compensation: ₹18,000–₹30,000 fixed + up to ₹3,000 performance bonus

Team Size to Oversee: 60–100 (Sales, Dietitians, Ops)

Reporting to: Founder

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Handle employee documentation, HR policies, and compliance
Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Manage employee relations and grievance handling
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:




Minimum age: 27 years
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
2–5 years of relevant HR experience (adjust as needed)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
