We are looking for a smart, business-oriented HR skilled with experience in a startup / scale-up / high-growth environment.

The role will involve a mix of HR Generalist, HRBP and Talent Acquisition responsibilities, working closely with business leaders to build and scale people practices.

HR Business Partnering & employee lifecycle management
End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
Workforce planning & talent management
PMS, engagement & retention
HR policies, processes & people initiatives
HR analytics and stakeholder management

Looking For
812 years of relevant HR experience
MBA from a reputed B-School only
Startup / scale-up / high-growth experience preferred
Solid HR Generalist + HRBP + Recruitment exposure
Experience working directly with founders/CXOs/business leaders preferred
Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills

Not suitable: Pure Plant HR / IR / Payroll / Compliance / TA-only profiles.
