Global Campus Alliance (GCA) is building a global mobility business across international education and travel . We are looking for a highly driven Head of Business to take ownership of our sales, team performance, business development and profitability.

This is not a conventional managerial role.

We are looking for someone who can build the sales engine, lead the team, drive revenue and think like a business owner.

What You'll Own
Lead and manage our Education & Travel sales operations.
Manage and develop our telecalling/sales team.
Set sales targets and drive monthly revenue performance.
Build and improve lead-to-conversion processes.
Train, coach and monitor sales team performance.
Manage CRM, pipeline, follow-ups and reporting.
Identify new business and revenue opportunities.
Improve customer acquisition, conversion and profitability.
Work directly with the Directors on business strategy and growth.
Build scalable sales and operating systems as GCA expands.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales, business development, operations or team management.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management and conversion.




Ability to lead, train and motivate a sales team.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working in a rapid-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience in education, travel, tourism, international recruitment or consulting is an advantage.
