Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership &
Scheduling:

Assign daily maintenance tasks, manage shift schedules, monitor progress, and train staff on proper gardening techniques and safety protocols.
Horticultural &
Plant Care:

Monitor plant health, identify soil issues, pests, or plant diseases, and order or execute appropriate pesticide and fertilizer applications.
Landscape &
Operations Management:

Direct grounds tasks such as pruning, mowing, weeding, planting, and irrigation maintenance to ensure high aesthetic and safety standards.
Equipment &
Inventory:

Inspect tools and motorized machinery, oversee regular equipment maintenance, and track supplies like seeds, fertilizers, and tools.
Administrative &
Budgeting:

Manage project budgets, process time sheets, track labour/material costs, and coordinate with clients or facility management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
