The Head – Design is responsible for defining and driving the creative vision and design strategy of the brand. The role leads the development of cutting-edge, up-to-date and raditional commercially relevant jewellery collections that strengthen the brand's market position and customer appeal.
The incumbent will work closely with Merchandising, Manufacturing, Marketing, Retail,
Product Development, and Quality teams to ensure every collection reflects the brand identity while meeting commercial objectives, customer expectations, and manufacturing feasibility.
