Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, managing housekeeping staff, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily housekeeping activities and allocate duties to staff
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas
Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared as per hotel standards
Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status and guest requirements
Coordinate with Maintenance for room defects and repair requirements
Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, and inventory
Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping attendants and support staff
Maintain records of room inspections, lost & found, and daily housekeeping activities
Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards





Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations
Good leadership and team supervision skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good guest service and communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures
Linen and inventory management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced workplace

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
3–6 years of experience in hotel/resort housekeeping
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor / Senior Housekeeping Executive preferred

Preferred Experience:
Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, villas, banquet properties, or premium hospitality establishments
Knowledge of PMS/housekeeping software is an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
