Purpose of the Role

The SME supports Delta OCV & End of line testing processes defect Analysis & Yield improvements by establishing process windows, leading trials and DOE, correlating SEI formation, Electrochemical process with NDT and destructive test data, and partnering closely with equipment, quality, maintenance, and production teams.

The role is central to achieving reliable, high‑takt, high‑reliability production by defining CTQs, supporting equipment commissioning, and enabling protected, repeatable, and high‑precision value stream.

Knowledge Generic
Must have 12 to 15 years of total working experience and out of that More than 8 Years of experience in Lithium-Ion cell manufacturing.
5 or more years, specific experience in Formation Processes.
Hands on experience on NMC & LFP chemistry.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or relevant demonstrable field experience.
