This is a newly created leadership position established to stand up and scale a Quality Assurance function within our offshore India operations team.
As Head of QA India, you will be the on-the-ground owner of output quality across all geospatial, CAD, and telecom infrastructure deliverables produced by the Bangalore team.
You wont be starting from a blank page.
Our U.S.-based QA team has established standards, processes, and best practices that have been refined across hundreds of projects.
Your job is to deeply understand those standards, champion them within the India team, and work hand-in-hand with the U.S.
QA leads to adapt and scale them for an offshore production workplace.
This is a team-oriented build youll be a key voice in shaping how QA evolves as India capacity grows, but youll do it in close partnership with your onshore counterparts, not in isolation.
