About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive / HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in Human Resources, good communication skills, and a basic understanding of finance.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Assist with recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.




Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave, and other HR-related processes.
Coordinate with different departments for employee-related requirements.
Assist in basic HR reports and documentation.
Handle other HR responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
MBA in HR preferred.
Basic knowledge of Finance and accounting concepts .
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
